Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.

In rare cases, there may be slight delays due to high order volume, customs inspection, or unforeseen logistics issues.


Shipping Times

We proudly ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 8–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing in your country.


Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Express shipping (if available) will be shown at checkout with an additional charge.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at smartnixshop@gmail.com.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to assist if the order hasn’t shipped yet.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipping confirmation, please contact us.
We’ll investigate the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund based on our Refund Policy.

Smartnix is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Delivery Confirmation

Once the carrier marks your order as “delivered,” Smartnix is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and accessible for delivery.


Partial Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery times.
You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment when applicable.
