United Kingdom & Europe: 8–18 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Express shipping (if available) will be shown at checkout with an additional charge.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to become active.

Once the carrier marks your order as “delivered,” Smartnix is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
